Being in nature, surrounded by the sounds of the animals and the serenity of the outdoors, allowed him to reset and regain his focus. Both men emphasize how the outdoors provides a therapeutic escape, a place where they can find the peace and clarity they need, away from the stresses and distractions of everyday life. The outdoors becomes a sanctuary, a space where they can reconnect with themselves and find the solace they seek.
