This week on the podcast Marcus welcomes in Ryan Knoll, the owner of Knoll Automation. The guys spend the first part of the conversation discussing the work that Ryan is doing with Knoll Automation and what led him down the path of working in manufacturing and starting his own business. From there, Ryan discusses how he got started in the outdoors in high school and has since cannonballed in and has recently branched out into western hunting. Since getting more involved in the outdoors, giving back to conservation has been something that he's wanted to do and becoming 2% certified and being held accountable is something he looks forward to.
