This episode of the Wisconsin Sportsman podcast is part two of Josh’s conversation with his dad, Brian. Brian grew up hunting the U.P. of Michigan in a traditional Northwoods deer camp. In the late 90s, Brian moved to Alabama. Eventually, he and Josh started hunting in Alabama and joined a hunting club.
While hunting clubs can provide a very positive experience, often times politics, secrecy, and competition can drown out camaraderie. In this episode, the guys discuss hunting in a traditional Alabama hunting camp and the transition to hunting the little slice of heaven Brian now calls home.
