Clinton talks about how the opportunity to buy this piece of property fell in his lap and with it being at a great price and close to his home, it was a no brainer. The guys quickly get in to a discussion about the current state of the property and what the deer movement on this piece looks like. Clinton breaks down how cattle will continue to be a factor, his long term goal of creating a pond, plating CRP, and over time removing rotating crops to replace with food plots specific for deer.
