On this episode of the Hunting Gear Podcast, Dan talks with fellow podcaster and expert level saddle hunter Parker McDonald about the ins and outs of saddle hunting. Dan is going to give saddle hunting a try this year and wanted to talk with Parker about his experience. Parker walks us through why he made the transition from using a climbing tree stand to being a full blown saddle hunter and the learning curve he went through in order become proficient climbing and shooting from a saddle. Towards the end of the episode Dan voices some of his concerns and Parker goes through his pro's and con's list.
