On this episode of The Nomadic Outdoorsman, Dan talks with Cody Manzi about his incredibly successful first season hunting in a new state.
Cody Manzi is a small town farm boy turned firefighter. He grew up on a dairy farm and that instilled a passion for the outdoors. His father introduced him to fishing and duck hunting at a young age. From there he got into goose and turkey hunting with buddies. Now, at 29, he chases almost anything he can, from game birds to archery elk, rifle deer, and even bear. On this, episode Cody shares stories of gaining access to private land which leads to several tags filled and amazing relationships built with landowners. He even talks about bringing his wife and infant along for his out of state season.
