Learning A New Hunting Strategy

Show Notes

On this episode of the Nine Finger Chronicles, Dan is joined by Zach Votava to discuss how a strategy change in 2020 led to him shooting his biggest buck in 2021. Zach explains that for over 15 years he was a complacent bowhunter. He didn't move around a lot, he wasn't taking any steps to becoming a better hunter, and was in a self-admitted rut even though he was consistently shooting deer every year. Zach talks about how during the pre-season of 2020 he started listening a hand full of podcasts that got him interested in changing his bowhunting strategy and leading him to bagging his biggest archery buck.
