In addition, Hunter shares some traditional dishes that utilize every scrap. His description of simmering the butchered bones, including the spine has Nick’s culinary wheels spinning. While the concerns of CWD makes him nervous, utilizing the last bits attached to the bones to make a delicious meal is something Nick can get behind.
